Steve Bonnell has over 25 years of experience in commercial real estate sales, leasing and ground up development planning and pre-leasing. He has worked with notable tenants such as Lowe’s, PetSmart, Safeway, Fry’s Grocery, Basha’s, Target, Walgreens, Wal-Mart, Wells Fargo, Bank of America, McDonalds, Burger King and Sonic to name a few. His relationships with Landlord clients include DMB Associates Inc, Evergreen Development, WM Grace Companies, Kitchell, Vestar, Pederson & Donahue Schriber.
Steve graduated from Texas Tech University with a degree in Business and is originally from Iowa. Steve has been a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) for 25 years and has served on the local committee for the SW Idea Exchange. Steve has served as Chairman of the ICSC Deal Making Committee and was appointed and served two terms on the Community Development Advisory Committee by the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors.
Lizette Borbon-Iskhakova is a member of De Rito Partners, Inc since 2006 and continues to be recognized as one of the top producers for the company. Lizette is an outstanding advocate in the Hispanic Retail Leasing Team covering the State of Arizona and continues to garner results in the toughest of economic times for her clients. Raised in Nogales, Sonora Mexico, Lizette has an unparalleled understanding of the culture and language which provides her with a well-developed ability and keen insight to target and successfully unite landlords with tenants of different cultures and backgrounds. Lizette takes pride in providing value-add for the communities she serves and for creating success in the lives of 1st generation business clientele.

Since 1986, Morey Fischel has been a Commercial Retail and Restaurant representation specialist. He represented Panda Express in over 88 transactions and numerous other transactions with Arby’s, Whataburger, Pizza Hut and Tide Dry Cleaners. He is actively identifying sites and negotiating the transactions for Jamba, Little Caesar’s, European Wax, Pollo Campero and The Great Greek. Michael Franks specializes in the leasing and sales of retail properties and shopping centers and brings more than 43 years of experience to the company. In his career he has leased and sold well over $500 million dollars of commercial retail property.
Prior to joining De Rito Partners, Michael worked with national brokerage firms such as CBRE, Marcus and Millichap, and Coldwell Banker Commercial Real Estate. As senior agent, he has concentrated on representing many successful retail users including QuikTrip Gas Stations, SAS Shoes, Jackson Hewitt Tax Services, Miracle Ear and Aamco Automotive Services. Before working at Coldwell Banker, Michael was also an associate agent for Marcus and Millichap Commercial Investment Advisors specializing in the sale of investment grade shopping centers and office buildings. Subsequent to his work on investment brokerage, Michael had gained valuable leasing experience as the Vice-President and Director of Marketing for the Pederson Group, Inc. in Phoenix, Arizona. Throughout his long career Michael has worked in real estate development, investment sales, and the leasing and sales of numerous retail shopping centers and commercial retail property.
Michael is a Native Phoenician: has a BS in Marketing from the University of Arizona, is a member of International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and currently serves on the Board of Sigma Phi Epsilon at the University of Arizona.
Carl Jones has 17+ years’ commercial real estate experience; Landlord Rep, Tenant Rep, Sales & Leasing in retail, office, PAD and land properties. Specializing in Arizona, Tribal Lands (Salt River Pima Maricopa Indian Community), border towns to include San Luis, Somerton, Nogales & Rio Rico. Carl provides Commercial Real Estate Consulting by qualifying available sites: he utilizes demographic research, exceptional trade area knowledge, targets productive and profitable selections that align with his clients’ business plans. He was awarded the CoStar Power Broker and has several Transactions of over 1-Million in value and 50,000+ SF.
Carl is a Certified Relocation Professional, a Global Mobility Specialist and attended Southern Illinois University at Carbondale majoring in Dietetics. He proudly served in the Illinois Army Reserves and Illinois Army National Guard. He has been actively involved in the community through such organizations as Phoenix City Council (District 8) Economic Development Committee, Phoenix Chamber of Commerce, Kappa Alpha Psi, Arizona Guide Right Foundation, Arizona Interscholastic Association as a Certified High School Basketball Official and volunteering with the Urban Land Institute to name a few. Since 1984, Michael McWilliams has been a licensed Real Estate professional in Arizona. Mike has a background in both brokerage and development. Paul is a retail specialist focused on restaurants, re-leasing big boxes, new development (anchors and pads), land sales and shop leasing in metropolitan Phoenix, Tucson and Prescott.
In ten years, he has completed more than 500 lease transactions totaling over 2 million square feet and has finalized over $240 million in transactions from land and building sales. He currently represents Dunn Edwards, Century Link and multiple restaurants including TGI Fridays, Hooter’s, Blue Wasabi, Coyote Ugly, The Old Spaghetti Factory, Nando’s, and Del Taco. He has represented owners and developers such as Kimco Realty, Cole Companies, Hines Companies, WM Grace, Glimcher and Inland. Paul’s current listings include re-tenanting/selling multiple former grocery stores, restaurants and leasing nearly 150 acres of new ground-up and redevelopment retail projects including Mesa Riverview, Chandler Pavilions and The Pavilions at Talking Stick. In addition to new/ground up developments, Paul specializes in pad development and pad building redevelopment projects.
