Pavilions at Talking Stick is a regional, open-air destination shopping center anchored by Target, Home Depot, Roadhouse Cinemas, and Slick City. The center features dining, shopping and numerous entertainment venues such as The Picklr, a iFly Indoor Skydiving, Octane Raceway go-kart racing and KTR, Kids that Rip skateboarder / gymnastic training, hospitality and education located on the Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community, Arizona. When originally acquired, the center totaled 1,064,552 square feet on 135.54 acres of ground leased land. The center included twelve pads. Since its acquisition, the center has been expanded by 7.8 acres, twelve pads and 154,979 square feet. The Pavilions at Talking Stick’s current gross leasable area is 1.3 million square feet.
